Tyson Cardamone’s path to real estate is anything but conventional, and that’s what makes him so effective. His career began in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, where he learned how to motivate, support, and lead people to real results. From there, he stepped into the construction world as a junior estimator and administrator, gaining hands-on experience in how homes are built and what truly adds value behind the walls.

With a sharp eye for presentation and detail, Tyson also spent time in premium retail, working with one of Australia’s leading tailoring brands. There, he refined his ability to deliver high-level service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Academically, Tyson holds a Bachelor of Sport Science and is completing the final year of his Law degree with Honours, a testament to his discipline, drive, and hunger for growth. Now three years into his real estate career, Tyson brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and practical property insight. Whether he’s guiding first-time buyers or seasoned sellers, Tyson’s focus remains the same: to help people make confident, informed decisions and move forward with clarity and trust.

In the past 12 months, Tyson has shown what it truly means to show up, consistently, relentlessly and with purpose. From Sales Advisor to Senior Sales Advisor, and now stepping into his role as Sales Manager, this progression hasn’t been handed to him… it’s been earned.
