Before stepping into real estate, Sash built her career around one constant: people. From retail management and HR to visual merchandising, she’s always been drawn to roles where she could make a real difference.

As a Junior HR Manager at Luxottica, Sash supported recruitment, training, and team culture across VIC and TAS, helping stores thrive from the inside out. Her career later spanned the construction industry, where she wore many hats as a Sales Associate, Visual Merchandiser, and HR Coordinator. It was there that she discovered her love for property—a dynamic, people-first industry that felt like home.
